what’s your stress Buster ?, depends on who you are and how life shaped you.

As humans, we face oppression. We may be wronged or blamed despite our innocence. Sometimes, even when we do our jobs perfectly, others cling to our past mistakes and use them against us in the present. Some people treat us like slaves, making us do all the work while taking credit for our efforts. At times, society may fail to see us for who we truly are, misinterpreting or misunderstanding us.

In such situations, it’s essential to have a stress buster. Some people turn to yoga or meditation, others travel or work out. For me, it’s always Muay Thai (Thai boxing)β€”the art of eight limbs.

Muay Thai works for me like a form of meditation, where my mind and body coordinate both mentally and physically. It’s an excellent anaerobic exercise, great for weight loss. It teaches discipline and helps keep me calm, even in vulnerable moments.


My Stress Buster is Rage !!!, but controlled Rage - Muay Thai helps me to express it so well. while keeping me calm in real life.

Yet sometimes i am like a kid. watching meaningful Animes with great stories where even movies can’t deliver such a emotion or noble moral these days.

People wonder why i am not outgoing, being an introvert and always alone. it’s because i can see the world for what it is. I see through the sugar coated Lies. I am like a hermit.

To be honest the one who is outgoing is predictable. The one who is calm is the real danger. cuz they know what’s going on. what they need to do exactly without being predicted. Being a Ghost, yet being capable is really intimidating, when they expose themselves in required time. cuz you would never know the one who where with you, smiling, loving caring. Is deadly as hell

But there is peace in being based & down to Earth.
